Externals pushing hard at your door.
Irritation from useless semi-sadistic meddling,
Those who get a charge from deadening.
You need to be calm sans brutality,
Aggravation is no cause for physicality.
Deal with the barbs as a remote,
Patience or perspective is the antidote.
Leave such issues to wait in queue,
For the bones which rattle may be in you.
