Gearing up for summer✨

Happy Cinco de Mayo! We're celebrating with an 818 Hibiscus Cinnamon Marg🌺

RECIPE:
- 2.0 OZ 818 Tequila Reposado
- 1.0 OZ Lime Juice
- 1.0 OZ Chilled Hibiscus Tea
- 0.5 OZ Cinnamon Syrup
- 0.25 OZ Orange Liqueur

CINNAMON SYRUP PREP:
1. Combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 2 cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins.
3. Remove from heat, remove cinnamon sticks, and let syrup cool.
4. Store remaining syrup in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 10 days.

COCKTAIL PREP:
1. Brew a strong cup of hibiscus tea and chill (2 tea bags in 1 cup water, steep 8–10 min).
2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a dried hibiscus flower.

RECIPE:
- 1.5 OZ 818 Tequila Blanco
- 1.0 OZ Yuzu Juice
- 0.75 OZ Cointreau
- 0.5 OZ Simple Syrup
- Kosher Salt for rimming glasses
- Extra yuzu juice for rimming glasses

PREP:
1. Rim your glass with yuzu juice + kosher salt.
2. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
3. Strain into the rimmed glass over fresh ice.
