Our Whole Leaf Gin is scratch made gin and bursting with hops from ... you guessed it, whole leaf hops! Distilling with whole leaf cascade hops isn't as easy as it sounds. Since the flavors are hyper concentrated, it can be tough to single out the desirable notes. So we adopted the ‘continual hopping’ method used to make @dogfishhead's signature lineup of IPAs to gradually dose in whole-leaf hops. The result is an earthy gin that's bursting with floral hop goodness. 🍃🍸

🍊 Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Orange Mango Flavored Vodka
3/4 oz. Cointreau or Grand Marnier
3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz. cranberry juice cocktail
Club soda
Orange or lime wedge
 
🥭 Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake until chilled, and strain into a martini or coupe glass.
3. Garnish and enjoy!
