I had a great trip to Harris Tweed last June and got to see first hand what makes this fabric and the islands in general so special. I love Harris Tweed - is there a fabric with such heritage and story - I was fortunate enough to visit the Isle of Harris/ Lewislast year to see how special it is and here’s a little reworking of some harris Tweed in my Chore style. Hand dyed black which reacted with the wool and went this pine green - then I mill washed and hand brushed the fabric to raise a pile - then used raw cut detailing on collar and cuffs to roughen up the minimalism of the style. Every time I collaborate with an artist, designer or brand I look to learn new perspectives on design. Here’s a few I learnt from Paul Weller - he was a pleasure to collaborate 3 times with @sunspelclothing - each time the collection has been a success commercially and that’s down to some of these aspects Paul put into these collaborations as well as Sunspel’s craft and construction. #menswear #paulweller #paulwellernews #paulwellerhq

SOLOVAIR - GIBSON + KILTIES - I have been wanting to try out the Kilties that Solovair sell with their shoes for a while and love these new Brogue versions.
