Got a chance to skate a local legendary rail in Houston with @the_michael_galloway and Preston finally came to a street spot and watched (he was there for my big double kink rail and was playing on a playground 😂).

Thankfully, the light turned on the last four or five attempts. Old man doesn’t see in the dark as well anymore. 😁😂

First kinked rail in over a decade!!!

This one was very personal, a very big deal for me. I’ll be 44 years old in two weeks and I’m still doing this.

Day 365! ONE YEAR of consecutive skating.

Yesterday, I got out there with @n89man in the gorgeous weather to skate a small park and celebrate skating everyday for a year, just out having fun. That’s what it’s all about! Even squeezed in some new switch-ups. ❤️🫶

Thank you to so many people that joined me on that journey. And, I’m still going! Forever active, well into my forties.

Day 355/365 - Ten More Days!!!!

The opener was a big one for me. I wanted that transfer since the day I got back into skating 2 1/2 years ago. Switch Souls

Finally starting to get back to a groove; a month left with the splint. I LOVE skating. It truly is my happy place along with drumming and working out, two things I have finally been able to start doing again lightly.

Day 348/365 … Less than twenty days until I hit ONE YEAR NONSTOP!!!

Perfect morning with great people. New peeps, OG peeps, the kids, and it was all outside in gorgeous weather.

First one by far my favorite of the day.

3 weeks and then I can take off the wrist brace. I’m playing it safe. 😏

I love this kid with all my being.

We had so much fun at the skatepark today. He is embracing the work ethic of learning new tricks and that it takes dedication. He will get to enjoy skating for years and years, and I’ll love skating with him and watching him do it for as long as I can. ❤️

Got out with some @amoskating peeps at a few chill spots, taking it easy and keeping my wrist safe (one close call). Still playing it cautious, but it’s nice to do more than just big wheel blade again. I still have another month in this wrist splint.

Got this sweet red custom @deathsquadblading tall tee to match my hat, and of course to match my skates.
