We've become accustomed to pushing away pain and chasing desire, to treating propaganda like actual wisdom. The result is predictable: anxiety and exhaustion.

I'm watching people turn to artificial intelligence for spiritual direction. Please...

We're wondering how to reconcile "manifestation techniques" with the state of the world. Healers who give "You can have it all" sermons seem to set us up for failure.

We don't burn out because we're weak. We burn out because we don't know how to properly let go.

Here's a radical idea: instead of repressing, rejecting, or ignoring our suffering — we bring it even closer. Within. Gently. Continuously. As if we were blessing it.

As if we were alchemists and energy workers.

Because we are.

The portal to Egypt is officially open! OUR trip is ON! Sept 4 to 17.

This will be a small, intimate journey, a pilgrimage into Egyptian mystery school teachings, sacred sites, and activations.

This will be Joey’s and my third time through Egypt together and we’ve curated something even more extraordinary than our last pilgrimages.

We’ve added on some rare visits that are nearly impossible to access any other way.

I have been a ruthless self helper. ON TOP of my issues.

But we will not advance by being harsh with ourselves. It doesn’t work.

Gentleness has become my religion. I fail at it almost daily. I return. Usually after I’ve been hard on myself.

But I’m here to tell you: being gentle is THE WORK and THE MEDICINE. For our relationships, our prosperity, our bodies, our inner sanctum.

Yes, please please examine why you are resisting. This will change your life.

But only if you examine gently.

Don’t rip at yourself. Tender reveal, ok? Then you stay in tact, your psyche relaxes, and you ACTUALLY make progress.

Juuuust to make sure we’re committed to growth, the psyche tests us before we cross the threshold.

I’m there. I haven’t had an allergy flare for a few years. But with my birthday around the corner, and a big gig tour about to start, my body is doing a deep cleanse. So I delete. I bless. I release. Being made new—and strength conditioning, is like this.
