How to keep the water in your shower 🚿. First, we create a custom waterproof membrane that’s fitted for the shower enclosure floor to stop water from escaping. Once the membrane is installed, we fit mold resistant sheetrock on the walls. Finally a waterproof membrane and base is applied on the rock for the final coat of plaster to be applied – making it waterproof! #CrownConstructionSF

Today’s #architectural inspiration: This residence by @walkerwarnerarchitects, situated in Kua Bay, has many stunning design elements, that embrace the beauty of its surroundings. One example are these rotating louvers made from Alaska Yellow Cedar, creating a versatile frame around the shower to transition seamlessly from an indoor to outdoor shower experience.
