Regenerating the LA Economy and Ecology by CA Doughnut Economics Coalition @caldoughnut: in this interactive session, participants will step into the role of “Master Pollinators” to redesign the Los Angeles economy using the Doughnut Economics framework as a creative canvas.

Through a hands-on Bioregional Mapping exercise, we will explore how urban models like CropSwapLA and biocultural restoration can transform neighborhood lawns and public medians into engines of health, equity, and ecological resilience.

Participants will learn to visualize the “Social Foundation” and “Ecological Ceiling” of their own zip codes, gaining a practical toolkit for community wealth-building and leaving with a creative blueprint for an LA where both people and pollinators thrive.
