The fabric was developed in house, drawing inspiration from Japanese Americana and 90s American menswear, where shirts were more structured and made from materials more practical for everyday use. The silhouette stays true to Colt proportions. Slightly relaxed through the body with room in the shoulder, allowing movement without excess fabric. The hem is shaped to sit clean when untucked.
Dropping alongside the grid button up is our summer staple, the cattlemans cowhide belt. Crafted from traditional full grain cowhide, the Cattleman’s Cowhide Belt is a permanent fixture within each Colt season, it’s designed to hold its shape while gradually softening and moulding to the wearers waist over time.
Each hide is selected for its natural grain and character, allowing the belt to develop a deeper patina with wear rather than remain uniform. Because it is made from authentic cowhide, no two belts are exactly alike, subtle variations in texture and tone may exist.
