A year ago today we opened the doors to @closefriendsbk and not to be dramatic, but my life has completely changed from it. Entering into a completely new chapter of life, I had no idea how this would all turn out and my mind has been blown by the outpouring of love and support we’ve received from our little community. We spent an entire month straight making endless trips to Home Depot and the paint store (became bffs with the workers because of how often we were there). Nearly two weeks just painting, painting, and more painting. 😅 Hours steaming and tagging in preparation of our opening.

I’ve loved seeing our greenpoint community grow through so many pop ups, parties and even dog adoption events. 🥹 They say when one door closes, another one opens, and this door has been pretty magical.
