A glimpse into the studio — last night I spent some time making test tiles with underglazes and pigments.

I have a bad habit of just improvising with mixing colors whenever I’m glazing, using my mental projection of how a particular mix *should* turn out… which hasn’t been a problem for me since it usually works out 😅 but since the range of materials I’ve been using has been expanding as of late, I thought it was finally time.

Who else is like this?? Please tell me I’m not alone ahaha

For the last several months, my lovely partner @harry__moses and I have been chipping away at this, deciding on all the big strokes and details, from the branding to the fonts, colors, and photography. He also developed the whole thing for me and integrated it with my very own webshop!! ⁠
