🏛️ From major landmarks to everyday streetscapes, Jewish architects and civic leaders played a vital role in shaping Chicago. From opulent theaters like the Nederlander to bold icons like Marina City and Beaux-Arts landmarks such as LondonHouse and the Chicago Loop Synagogue, their work has had a lasting impact. This Jewish Heritage Month, we celebrate how Jewish architects, engineers, designers, artists, and community leaders helped shape the city we love.
