이곳은 한인 헤드 셰프 황준 셰프님이 이끌고 있는 레스토랑으로,
치열한 호주 파인다이닝 업계에서 젊은 셰프가 중심이 되어
완성도 높은 코스를 만들어낸다는 점이 인상적이었습니다.
White Horse는 Good Food Guide 기준 1 Hat 레스토랑으로,
계절성과 재료 중심의 모던 오스트레일리안 요리를 기반으로 하고 있어요.
특히 황준 셰프님의 요리는 호주 로컬 식재료를 중심으로 하면서도 한국적인 섬세한 감각과 레이어드된 풍미가 자연스럽게 녹아 있어, 익숙하면서도 새로운 경험을 만들어냈습니다.

Had such an amazing dining experience at White Horse in Surry Hills, Sydney.
The restaurant is led by Korean head chef Jun Hwang, and it was really impressive to see a young Korean chef leading a 1 Hat fine dining restaurant in Australia’s competitive dining scene.
White Horse is recognised by the Good Food Guide for its modern Australian menu focused on seasonal and high-quality ingredients.
What I loved most was how the dishes combined local Australian produce with subtle Korean influences, creating flavours that felt both comforting and unique.
From the atmosphere and service to the food and desserts, everything felt thoughtful and beautifully put together. Definitely a restaurant I’ll remember for a long time.
