I knew it wasn’t just about me, it was about opening doors.
Every challenge, every win, every moment was for the women coming next. And watching so many incredible female chefs rise, lead, and redefine this industry… that’s the real reward.

Making this with @esmanudominguez was pure joy. Honestly, this is the kind of meal meant to be shared around a crowded table with lots of laughter and maybe a second round…or a third!

🍯 Comfort food… but with a little fire to it. 🌶️

I love taking familiar flavors and giving them a little edge, and this dish does exactly that. Rich, slow-braised short rib, creamy whipped potatoes with a garlicky Greek twist, crisp vegetables for balance, and then that hot honey chili crunch comes in and wakes everything up.

For me, great food is all about contrast. Soft and crispy. Sweet and spicy. Comforting, but still exciting enough to keep you going back for another bite.

This is the kind of dinner that feels cozy at first…

…until the heat sneaks up on you in the best possible way!

Safe to say, this one doesn’t stay on the plate for long.
