BB met BB… and the babies took over. 👶🍼

For @calinbaby, we crafted softness into a whole little universe.

A film built with tiny voices, playful reactions, baby logic, and just the right amount of soft chaos. Every expression, every giggle, every little pause was shaped to make the brand feel warm, cute, and instantly loveable.

From the casting to the tone, from the baby talk to the soft visual world, the craft was all about making CALIN feel tender without being cliché, funny without losing sweetness, and memorable without forcing it.

A master film made with care, cuteness, and a lot of baby-approved softness.

Selected candidates will be announced on 05 January 2026, following a review of all creative applications submitted.

⚙️ Step 2 – Day 1 (07 January): Technical Challenge
Selected candidates will be invited to spend Day 1 at the agency, grouped by specialty:

-Video Content
-Graphic Design
-Project Management
-Strategy
-Copywriting
-Content Creation
-Social Media
-Influence
-PR & Content Creation for the agency
-Artistic Direction

Each group will work on practical exercises with the Head of Department.
This day is about skills, thinking, execution, and potential.
At the end of Day 1, only the candidates who qualify will move forward.

Final qualifiers will be announced at the end of Day 1, following a collective evaluation of performance, skills, and potential

🚀 Step 3 – Day 2 (08 January): Team Challenge
On Day 2, qualified candidates will be mixed into multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll receive a real brief and work like a real agency team to create an ad campaign.

This is where we evaluate:
-Collaboration
-Creativity
-Problem-solving
-Energy & mindset

At the end of this journey, we’ll select the interns who will join Brand Builder for a paid internship.
This is not just recruitment.
This is an experience.
