Wow, it’s been a little while since I last posted on here! Busy busy in the workshop on the latest project (can’t show anything from that yet), but how about having a little look at something I worked on a while ago?

This puppet was created for a special episode of @helloclangers to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the moon landing back in 2019.

I was part of the fantastic team that helped to bring “The Visitor” to life for this extra special occasion! I did the silicone mixing, casting, fettling and painting for this puppet, along with fettling and painting most of the solid parts to her too.
Such a cute little project! Didn’t she turn out well?!

How awesome are these miniature puppets!?

These little cuties are from the “Toy Scary” double episode of @screamstreetofficial and are actually moveable miniature puppets. Now available on @bbciplayer !!

Designed by the lovely @thelornz, and sculpted then 3D printed by @thisisobject , these tiny puppets came to me for clean up and a nice coat of paint, all matched to their full sized puppet counterparts.

Such a fun job, even though there were well over 150 tiny parts to keep track of for the multiple sets that we made! 🤯

Here we have a painted prop/puppet from a #normanpicklestripes episode in which some of the characters become bowing pins.

It was tricky transferring an existing silicone paint job to a solid object with #acrylicpaint but the finished result was really effective!

Got to love a little wolf transition! 🌕🐺

Here we have an animatable transition of Luke’s werewolf feet bursting out through his shoes from #screamstreet series 2.

These were sculpted by the wonderful @thelornz and painted by yours truly.

Such fun to paint, matching the acrylic to both human and wolf silicone feet and of course making sure they all animated correctly.

I think they worked really effectively.

This time of year always makes me want toffee apples! 🍏🍎

Maybe not these ones though! They’re resin cast and painted by myself. With a lovely thick coat of wax as the toffee. Mmmm tasty!

These were made for #beccasbunch at @factorycreate a good few years ago! Heck!

So… Halloween may be over, but Surely it’s never too late to appreciate a box of severed heads!

#zombie heads that is!!

Here we have an array of generic zombie heads that were seen in the latest series of #screamstreet currently available on #bbciplayer.

They were such fun to paint, giving each of them their own unique backstories whilst adding in all of their gory details!

My favourite has to be the #zombieclown 🖤🧟‍♂️🤡
