For the last couple of years, I have been working and reworking this piece that's part tribute to Cholly Atkins and part tribute to the complexity of black life.

I was lucky enough to find several artists who are also supremely talented and generous people to come along for the ride. Now, we get to share in the experience with all of you!

Happy to have this time at @marblehouseproject and to have another week left to keep thinking and chatting with really cool people!

Yo! @adrianaogle is completing a really cool piece as partner an Emerging Choreographer's Series.

I'm excited to head to VCCA next week as a fellow to work on some choreography. I'm going to be editing music, film, and tap dancing, trying to get in touch with my inner Pip.

Definitely come through and check out Dual Rivet's Made by Women Festival. There will be four artists dancing on October 1st and four artists, including myself, on October 2nd.
