250kg/551 lb death hold. Funny enough I wasn’t able to go heavier because I merely wasn’t able to sumo 275kg/606 lbs 😂 My hands can take on quite a bit more but sadly my body didn’t want to lol

7 plates hovered but didn’t want to budge. 6 and a quarter moved real nice though. I haven’t been training fingers much so I’m getting back in the groove. I’d love to hit 400lbs on the 30mm and 300lbs on the 20mm. It’ll happen.

Nothing worse than people sitting on a machine you want and they’re just scrolling their phone being oblivious. That’s why home gyms are the way to go. The #b17 has everything you need plus some. If I didn’t have my parent’s garage, I would’ve 100% put this machine in my apartment. #majorfitness
I never really think about how I’m a rock climber who fell in love with strength training. I just do what my heart desires and I get good at it. Maybe I’ll start sewing. I’ve got some cool ideas.

I’m happy where I left off. I know I can get 455 but I’m mature enough to leave it alone so I can train another day and not be burdened with bruised ribs. I’ve fractured a rib failing a squat years back from the weight crushing me into my belt. I won’t be using a belt next time. The goal is 495 which is exactly 3x bodyweight.
