MRI Report… I absolutely shredded my knee in one of the most complex ways. As you can tell, I don’t even know how to pronounce most of these words so how do I process what happened? One moment at a time, by being grateful for what is intact and that there is a path forward! So grateful to walk out of here today it’s been a very intense last few weeks I suffereda severe knee dislocation resulting in multiple torn ligaments. I am so grateful for @doctor.masi who though the MRI looked brutal gave me hope and a plan with new regenerative modalities that will optimize my outcome. To be in this position gives me much motivation and so grateful for my wife @geebeez22 who took me up here with our 4 month old and endured a couple heavy nights opting out of the pharmaceuticals. I felt things I can’t explain and it’s given me a new perspective in my relationship with my body. She also has made sure everything I’ve eaten has been as nutrient dense as possible and when eating out nothing cooked in seed oils. Heading home and on the mend!
