Daylight savings is back!

We’ve pulled out all the stops to step into summer on 1st June with an 8 hour meeting of musical minds. With sunlight hours going late this one is all about the sound - including our most exciting live show to date.

Fatima -@vanillasundaecocoasunset - and her unique voice have made up a major piece of the UK music mosaic for a decade now. It’s a rare thing to catch her live shows - but after hearing her latest EP, Love on Acid, we had to get her down.

The rest of the line up speaks for itself. @i_came_to_dance @graceshelleyy and @asad16dasa are all people whose visions of sound we love to experience, with long sets to dive deep and come up in the sunshine.

Tambourine Hands will be on backups duty this time, making sure the dance goes on right til the last minute.

We’ll be using the beautifully hand-crafted @amoenus_london sound system. It’s is a musicians-led, cooperative cultural organisation that promotes the development of music as a multi-sensory, participatory experience.

If you’ve not been before, @the.bath.house.hw is a majestic community space with the city’s best soundsystem, saunas, a cafe and artist studios.

As usual, one rule applies. There is no space for disrespect, harassment and exclusion at BoL events. There is space for love, inclusion and freedom!

We’re unbelievably excited to announce Basket of Light !!

Named after Pentangle’s ear-bending album, Basket of Light is the very first shakedown love child of Tambourine hands - uplifting dancing, hands held high, heavyweight quadraphonic sound, swimming lakes, workshops and lights in the sky. What we all need.

We’ve invited all our favourite DJs who play music from every corner of the audiosphere to come and join us for a weekend in the Welsh countryside. It’s been a long time since we’ve all been in the place dancing. Basket of Light is going to get us there!

We’ll be under one of the UK’s darkest night skies, hidden away in the Brecon Beacons, featuring some very special light installations and projections illuminating the ceiling above the dancefloor.
