Last up: @smart_strains 💥

The probiotic supplement category is booming, but it can also be confusing - often driven by hype rather than clear, benefit-specific evidence. After partnering with gut health food brand @bioandmeuk, Dr Megan Rossi @theguthealthdoctor came back to B&B studio to help create a new probiotic supplement brand.

The key challenge was building a brand that could speak to two audiences at once: everyday consumers looking for simple clarity, and healthcare professionals needing credibility. Our solution was deliberately copy-led, using naming and a clear messaging hierarchy to make it instantly obvious who each strain is for and what it helps with - while still retaining the precision and reassurance professionals expect. Everything is grounded in a simple principle: the right strain, at the right time, in the right way.

Design amplifies the message, with a two-tone, colour-coded system that ties the range together across different pack formats, and extends seamlessly into digital and print.

The result: a confident, consumer-friendly brand that balances reassurance and expertise - helping people quickly understand what each product is for, and why it’s different, exactly when they need it.

Colin the panda was already a familiar face, but his role, and where he showed up, wasn’t always consistent. Our refresh gave him a more iconic place at the heart of the brand.

We strengthened the visual identity, pairing a bolder logotype with a softer, more natural illustration style that brings the feel of bamboo to life. At the same time, we made the sustainable bamboo story more consistent and confident across the range.

The result: a warmer, more expressive brand, with the confidence to power Cheeky Panda’s bamboo revolution.

The yoghurt fixture, Yeo Valley Organic’s heartland, has witnessed unprecedented change over the past few years, with innovation across both health and indulgence creating entirely new sectors. Yeo had the products to meet these needs, but the visual identity and packaging design system lacked the flexibility to clearly differentiate an expanding portfolio.

By creating a more meaningful range architecture built around product type and occasion, we were able to define where change would have the biggest impact, without creating disruption across the rest of the range. That meant subtle evolution across core yoghurts, and bolder moves for NPD, all within one scalable system now rolled out across the wider range.

The result: clearer navigation, stronger shelf standout, and a platform designed to support future growth and expansion.

Having created the original brand with founder @pippa.murray in 2014, this latest collaboration marks a joyful return to the brand’s iconic roots – reinvigorating its instantly recognisable squirrel, and bringing brighter, more confident energy across the range.
