Looking back at the temporary marketing pavilion at Goodluck Hope, designed by @halarchitectsldn, where landscaping became part of the story. Palm trees rising through the roofline referenced those once used by the East India Company to guide ships into dock, while the pavilion itself became a creative riverside space for festivals, talks, yoga and community events over the years.

NOW OPEN: @thebrentfordriviera has transformed an unused car park into one of Brentford’s most characterful new waterfront destinations. Led by serial entrepreneur Merlin McCormack, AKA @duke_of_london, the new permanent home at @thebrentfordproject brings together classic cars, food, drink, music and community.

What began as a temporary showroom has evolved into a permanent riverside destination, with Merlin growing Duke of London from a traditional workshop into one of the UK’s most distinctive automotive lifestyle brands, firmly part of Brentford’s identity.
