⠀
To the parent who wants to feel like themselves again but keeps waiting for the right time.
⠀
The kids will always have something going on.
⠀
Work will always be demanding.
⠀
Life will always find a way to fill every gap you thought you had.
⠀
Waiting for calm is not a strategy. It’s how another year goes by and nothing changes.
⠀
Sound familiar?
⠀
That’s EXACTLY why we built the Parent Metabolism Reset Protocol the way we did.
⠀
Not for the version of you that has unlimited time, zero obligations, and a perfectly stocked fridge.
⠀
For the version of you that’s running on three cups of coffee, hasn’t slept a full eight hours in years, and still manages to hold everything together for everyone else.
⠀
That parent.
⠀
Coach Ashley just joined the Ballistic Performance team and she is accepting 5 new clients this summer.
⠀
13 years of experience in nutrition, fitness, and mindset coaching. 500+ clients. And a coaching approach that is entirely focused on building habits that fit real life, not habits that collapse the second your kid gets sick or work blows up.
⠀
Here’s what working with us actually looks like:
• No restrictive diets or foods you have to avoid
• No two-hour workouts or 5-day-a-week training requirements
• No meal plans that ignore the fact that you have a family to feed
• No perfection required
⠀
What you DO get:
• Sustainable nutrition strategies built on small, consistent changes that actually move the needle
• Time-efficient training designed to get you in, out, and on with your day
• Two coaches who are parents, living the same season of life, guiding you through yours
⠀
Within the first 4 weeks most of our parents notice:
• Noticeably more energy throughout the day
• Early fat loss and body composition changes
• Routines that hold even when chaos hits
• Clothes starting to fit differently
• A confidence that makes them wish they had started sooner
⠀
5 spots. Summer timeline. Parents only.
⠀
If you’re done waiting for the right time and ready to actually do something about it, DM us “SUMMER” and we’ll get you set up with a free discovery call with Coach Ashley.

⠀
We just opened 5 spots with Coach Ashley 👀
⠀
And if you’ve been saying “I’ll start soon” for the last three months, this is me calling you out on it.
⠀
Summer is already here.
⠀
Here’s the thing...
⠀
Most coaches are going to hand you a meal plan, tell you to hit the gym 5 days a week, and cut everything you enjoy eating.
⠀
And then wonder why you quit by week three.
⠀
We don’t do that.
⠀
My wife and I built Ballistic Performance around one belief: parents don’t need a harder plan. They need the RIGHT plan. One that actually fits the season of life they’re in.
⠀
Coach Ashley fits that vision exactly.
⠀
13 years of experience. 500+ clients coached. Nutrition, fitness, mindset. And an approach built entirely around making healthy habits sustainable, not something you “fall off of” the second life gets busy.
⠀
Which, as a parent, is always.
⠀
She’s also spent a significant part of her career helping clients work through nagging pain and old injuries, because results don’t mean much if your body feels wrecked in the process.
⠀
Sound familiar to what we talk about around here?
⠀
That’s why she’s here.
⠀
Here’s what you’re getting with all three of us in your corner:
• Sustainable nutrition strategies that work around family dinners, social events, and the foods you actually enjoy
• Workouts designed to get you in, out, and on with your day
• Dual-coach accountability from people living the SAME season of life as you
⠀
No meal plans. No macro obsession. No two-hour workouts.
⠀
Just a system built BY parents FOR parents.
⠀
The Parent Metabolism Reset Protocol.
⠀
What you can expect in the first 4 weeks:
• More energy without your third cup of coffee
• Early body composition changes
• Routines that hold even when life doesn’t cooperate
• Clothes fitting differently
• Momentum that actually makes you want to keep going

⠀
5 spots. Summer timeline. Parents only.
⠀
If you’re ready to stop waiting and actually feel like yourself again before August, DM us “SUMMER” and we’ll get you set up with a free discovery call with Coach Ashley.
⠀
5 spots. That’s it.

⠀

PARENTS: THIS IS FOR YOU 🫵🏻
⠀
Sound familiar?
🪫Exhausted by midday
😮💨 Can’t keep up with your kids
❌ Nothing you try ever actually sticks
⠀
It’s not a discipline problem. It’s not a motivation problem. It’s a system problem.
⠀
Every program out there was built for 20-somethings with unlimited time, NOT for parents living your actual life.
⠀
The first step is figuring out exactly where you’re getting stuck.
⠀
💬 DM us PARENT and we’ll send you our FREE quiz — takes 2 minutes and tells you exactly what’s in the way and what you can do about it this week.

⠀
You’ve tried eating better. You’ve tried being more consistent.
⠀
And for a few days, maybe even a few weeks, it actually works.
⠀
Then life happens. A sick kid. A brutal week at work. A weekend that goes sideways.
⠀
And just like that, you’re back to square one.
⠀
Here’s what most parents don’t realize:
⠀
It was never a willpower problem.
It was never a discipline problem.
⠀
It’s that the demands of parenting, a career, a household, and everything else on your plate make it nearly impossible to stay on track. Not because you’re failing, but because nothing you’ve tried was built for your life.
⠀
That’s exactly why we built this quiz.
⠀
It takes 2 minutes and tells you:
☑️ What’s actually getting in the way of your progress
☑️ Which habits are quietly working against you
☑️ Where to start, based on YOUR life, not someone else’s
⠀
No restrictive diets. No 5-day-a-week gym commitments. No waiting for life to calm down (because it won’t).
⠀
📩 DM us “PARENT” and we’ll send it over.

⠀
You don’t have a discipline problem. You have a parent problem.
⠀
The plans most parents are following were built for people with unlimited time and zero chaos. That’s not you.
⠀
We put together a free 3-minute quiz specifically for busy parents. It tells you exactly where to start based on your schedule, your energy, and your life.
⠀

One month of Baylee Mae 🩷
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve always shared a lot of our life online because I genuinely love documenting it and because, in many ways, social media has become a huge part of our business and community. But the last month I’ve had a really hard time showing up here because I never wanna pretend I’m okay when I’m not.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
And truthfully… This has been the lowest, hardest month of my life. But after a month, I finally feel like I’m starting to see little glimpses that I will eventually be okay.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are a few life updates 👇🏼
I’m in a really weird headspace with movement right now. I’ve had multiple scares, to the point where doctors told me to avoid bending, squatting, lifting anything heavier than Baylee, etc. And honestly, that’s been really hard to process with two extremely active boys.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I also think part of me feels angry and disconnected from my body right now. I know logically my body didn’t fail me because I’m still here, alive. But emotionally, sometimes it feels like it did. And that’s been really difficult to work through.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
For probably the first time in my life, movement, rehab, and recovery haven’t felt empowering to me. They felt emotional. Heavy. Almost pointless some days. And that mindset is completely new territory for me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At the same time, I have never felt more grateful for a village. The amount of love, meals, prayers, messages, and support we’ve received has honestly carried us this last month. I truly don’t know how we would’ve gotten through this without our people.
⠀⠀⠀
I’ve also been trying to slowly rebuild some routines for myself again. A few devotionals each week.
⠀⠀⠀
I also scheduled my first therapy appointment next week with someone who specializes in traumatic postpartum birth, and I’m really hopeful that’ll help too.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And Baylee… She’s doing amazing. Aside from refusing to be put down 😂😅
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So I’m learning how to function while holding a baby 24/7. But honestly, part of me wonders if maybe this is God forcing me to slow down. To be still. To soak in these newborn snuggles instead of rushing through them.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thanks for being here. Truly ❤️

Truly ❤️
