On April 10 evening:

Breath opened the door.
Sound carried us through.

What a night.

What a room full of beautiful humans on profound journeys.

Janie (@_silenceandnoise_): thank you for the magic you bring everywhere you go. We are so grateful you chose to bring it here.

For those of you that missed this, we have another breath and sound journey with Janie on May 1, 2026 under the powerful energy of the full moon.

Some experiences are rare. This is one of them.

On April 10th, we are deeply honoured to welcome Janie Everett to our studio — globally recognised sound therapist, crystal expert, energy practitioner, and author of The Healing Power of Sound. Founder of Yoke, a beloved wellness sanctuary in Agonda, Goa, Janie came to this work through her own profound personal transformation, and that depth of lived experience infuses everything she does. She is also Kavya’s teacher making this collaboration very close to our hearts.

Together, Kavya and Janie will create a powerful journey inward through conscious connected breathwork with sound and vibration, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath.

Why Breath & Sound?
Breath and sound are two of humanity’s oldest healing tools. Together, they create something extraordinary. Breathwork bypasses the thinking mind, opening a direct channel to your subconscious: releasing stored emotion, dissolving mental noise, and creating space for clarity and deep inner release. Sound works at the cellular level, using pure frequencies and vibration to guide your nervous system into states of deep rest and receptivity: shifting brainwaves, dissolving tension, and opening doorways to insight, stillness and connection with something greater than yourself.

The Evening’s Journey:
🌿 Opening Circle
🌬️ Conscious Connected Breathwork with Live Sound
🎶 Relaxing Sound Bath
🔮 Closing Sharing Circle with Tarot, Herbal Tea & Light Bites

The Details
📅 10 April 2026
🕖 7:30pm – 9:30pm
✨ Energy Exchange: ₹3,000
🤍 Intimate group — spots are strictly limited. Reserve your spot: WhatsApp +91 96067 47251

Meet Emergence - my very own Shaman drum birthed on Feb 6, 2026 by @shamanicearth. Played it for the first time today and connected to it's energy and it's sound.

I am in love.

Mahāśhivrātri this year wasn’t something we explained — it was something we experienced together.

Through breath, sound, silence, cold water, devotion, and shared presence, we explored the meeting point between stillness and creation.

To everyone who chose to spend this powerful night with us, thank you for bringing your openness, your curiosity, and your willingness to step into something experimental, intimate, and alive.

We are deeply grateful to @stonehouse.farm for holding this gathering so gently. A special thanks to Chef Krishna, whose delicious sattvik meals nourished everyone throughout the day and night. Your warmth, hospitality, and careful attention to every detail made the space feel truly like home.

A heartfelt thank you as well to the beautiful brands who supported the retreat and our participants:
@dads_hack for keeping our guts happy and refreshed
@urpersonalcfo for the beautiful scented candles in the goodie bags
@1chazeofficial for the full-size energy drink gifted to each participant
@qua.nutrition & @ryan_nutrition_coach for Immusath immunity booster drops
@nuvedo whose Reishi-Ashwagandha-Lavender tea kept us warm through the ice bath plunges and late-night kirtan

Grateful to everyone who helped make this gathering what it was.

And grateful to the spirit of Mahāśivarātri itself.... the reminder that stillness is never empty…it is full of life waiting to unfold.

Until the next gathering. 🌑🔥🕉️

I’ve been a CRED member since October 2021, back when my life was still full of deadlines, decks, and constant doing.

Back then, I was running on adrenaline.

Today, I run on breath. 🌬️

I’m excited to share that I’m joining CRED as a Founding Resident for Wellness.

This feels like a full-circle moment. From years in the corporate world to now guiding ambitious humans to regulate stress, sharpen focus, and build real resilience from the inside out.

High performance isn’t just about pushing harder.

It’s about recovering better.

If you’re part of the CRED community, I can’t wait to breathe with you.

And if you feel called to contribute as a Resident, applications are open: https://cred.club/residents

So grateful to have had the opportunity to learn sound healing from @_silenceandnoise_ . Janie is just so experienced and I loved learning about the science, history and the research behind Sound Healing.

We had an intimate group who all got along so well and I now call my friends. So happy to have met and spend time with you @amiiamiiiiii @yaeluna16 @workinprogress.yoga and Anna who is not on Instagram. :)

The week was packed with activities - from theory and practice to attending sound bath sessions and music performances.

I’ve come away with a deeper appreciation of the power of sound and vibration and developing my own sound healing offering to others.

More to come soon. For now, just grateful.

Facilitating breathwork and ice baths at a festival is unlike any other setting we’ve worked in.

People arrived already open — bodies in motion, senses stimulated, nervous systems alive with sound, colour, and connection.

What surprised and moved us at @bloomingreenfestival was how many people still chose to slow down, turn inward, and meet the breath with genuine curiosity and presence.

Over the course of two guided breathwork and cold plunge sessions, nearly 130 people joined us every morning— meeting intensity not through force or bravado, but through awareness, surrender, and trust. Watching people soften in the cold, listen to their breath, and find balance in real time was deeply grounding for us as facilitators.

And much later, as the night grew quieter, we held a very different kind of space! Across two Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions, close to 80 participants stayed with us into the late hours and early morning. Those journeys unfolded slowly and intimately — marked by honesty, emotional release, deep listening, and a rare willingness to be fully seen.

What stays with us is not just the scale of the sessions, but the quality of presence people brought — the authenticity, care, and respect they offered the work and one another. We’re deeply grateful for every breath shared and every story entrusted to us.

Thank you to @bloomingreenfestival — its volunteers, facilitators, and co-creators — for holding such an alive and intentional container. And to @evolving.sapien for the trust, support, and for embracing the chaos with us, wholeheartedly.

We leave with full hearts, grounded bodies, and deep respect for what can emerge when people choose to slow down — even in the middle of a festival.

To everyone who joined us in the breath — may it continue to anchor you long after the festival. We look forward to meeting again and breathing together once more.

I didn’t fully understand that I was carrying deep trauma wounds from my childhood until I became a mother. When I gave birth to my daughter, my wounds cracked wide open and begged for my attention.

It was her innocence, her purity, the softness of her little body against mine that made me realize that I was once that innocent child too. A child that never received the safety and stability of a happy home. A child that was, instead, blamed for her parents’ pain and conflict, pulled into fights, and being forced to choose sides. It was too heavy for my little shoulders but I carried that weight into my adult life.

I decided to do whatever it took to heal and to let it go. Because if I didn’t understand my wounds, I would always react from a place of deep pain. My daughter deserved better.

The truth is:
Your child doesn’t trigger you.
Your unhealed parts do.
When you find yourself lacking patience, compassion and feeling irritated and tested by your child, these are signs that you need to look within.

Every moment with your child is a mirror that’s shows us where we still need gentleness, attention, and healing.

And that is why I chose to face it head on:
To go back to my childhood and connect with that me.
To help that me understand that it was not my fault.
To help that little girl let go of that heavy burden she was still carrying around.

I’m eternally grateful to my husband who introduced me to Conscious Connected Breathwork, and to my teacher @evolutionofbreath for showing me the power of my own breath.

Today, that weight is gone. I feel lighter, happier and more present and patient as a mother.

If you’re a mom struggling with trauma, please reach out. I would love to help you heal and find lightness of being.
