Months before the meet i stupidly injured my right knee during my week 4 (last slide 🤣) so i was not able to train for some time. After the injury i thought i would not be able to compete in APAC but fast forward here we are now lol. This is my first ever international meet and i felt so much pressure on myself representing the the Philippines so i’d just like to thank my coach @filipponx for being the shit and my handler @thomcys forhelping through the meet and the rest who was there with me @hrlydavidson___ , @angela.progress, @esmealegriaa.fitness and @rafstrength couldn’t have done this without you all!

i’d take the 2 national records any day rawnats was such a good experience and i’m really excited for more meets to come definitely need to work on my tech. no total for rawnats 25’ hopefully i’ll have a chance to get one before then but other that firstly that i’d like to thank @jameslee_rnd for handling me and helping me with my cut that started Jan 19 at 109.8kg bw to 99.8kg on meet day without extremely cutting and sacrificing my strength. and of course to my team @manuelbarbellclub for the love and support they showed on and off the platform. and to my coach @ivan.overshoot thanks for getting me into the sport and for showing me the ropes as our last meet together. and a special shout out to @_c.chuables and @hrlydavidson___ for the hype and support on meet day
