i never understood the concept of a “staycation”, but i understand it now #hiltonpartner

i spent this weekend with signia by @hilton for their grand reopening and it REALLY was a reminder- i thrive in new environments.

i love being in new places, having new experiences, and just appreciating the little things- like morning walks on the beach. it fuels my creativity, heart, and i’m telling you, just makes me happy.

life is good man, i’m so grateful :)

week 1 of 9 - i was unhappy with my body

i’m so happy with a lot of aspects of my life but i can’t get over my belly

i think it’s been a year of me saying “i’m going to get fit, transform, get shredded, etc”

dude i’ve been failing LOL

i can recognize the subtle changes but i KNOW that if i put more effort & energy + discipline into it i can seriously transform. or at least try

documenting it publicly will keep me accountable and honestly i never see current progress only the insane before and afters. so i hope with this we’ll all have something to look back on :)

this will be totally natural progression and i will share everything.

if i can do it, then i promise so can you.
