Created in the late 1980s, @dourfestival has over the decades established itself as one of the major events for contemporary music in Europe. Each summer, it brings together nearly 230,000 festivalgoers and stands out for its artistic freedom and unique atmosphere.

Originally rooted in alternative and independent cultures, it has evolved while staying true to its DNA: a demanding, open, and boundary-breaking lineup, along with a constant focus on the collective experience.

The 2026 edition will take place from July 15 to 19: 5 days – 200 artists.

After shaping the sound of major contemporary French pop artists for the past decade - from behind the console as a composer, producer, and arranger, or orchestrating their shows from backstage as musical director - @bastien__d (aka Bastien Doremus) is finally ready to unveil his own musical universe with his debut album Take You Out, out today.

This album gives this all-rounder the chance to fully embrace his affinities with the worlds of hip-hop and electronic music - think DJ Shadow, J Dilla, Portishead, and 90s French Touch - through a flow of experimentation, sonic collages, and melodic progressions that are uniquely his, all while preserving the collective energy that has shaped his journey.

On November 29, Paris City Hall will host an unprecedented ball: the 3rd edition of the Big Pride Energy Ball, entitled The Cosmic Healing, blending performance, pride, and prevention by placing sexual health and testing at the heart of the celebration.

Organized by The Legendary Kylee 007, a major figure of the French ballroom scene, this one-of-a-kind event, set in an exceptional venue, will mark the launch of the prevention campaign Open To All: Protect your Health, Protect your Legacy. This project, led by Vers Paris Sans Sida in close collaboration with the ballroom community, is dedicated to promoting sexual health in Paris and Seine-Saint-Denis. HIV and STI testing will be offered throughout the event.

French producer, composer, singer, and multi-instrumentalist Ouri is set to release her new album Daisy Cutter on Friday, October 24.

A post-R&B revelation and a key figure in Montreal’s alt-pop, electronic, and electro-acoustic scenes, @ouri.riou first made waves with her debut album Frame of a Fauna (2021) and collaborations with Jacques Greene or Helena Deland (with whom she forms the duo Hildegard). For the first time under the artistic direction of Caterina Barbieri, the Venice Biennale Musica 2025 (11-25.10.2025) will feature Elevations by French artist @maximedenuc , a contemplative sound installation at the intersection of classical organ and electronic music.

Elevations draws inspiration from dub techno, translating its misty, hypnotic textures into an acoustic and poetic dimension. At its core stands an eight-meter organ, computer-controlled and programmed by Denuc, which becomes the vibrant heart of a suspended space resonating with harmonic masses, delicate breaths, and echoes of vanished festivities. Visual artist and stage director Kris Verdonck designs the installation’s light scenography, moving between chiaroscuro and slow drift.

Hailed from the outset by Rosalía and Bad Bunny, @judeli.ne is a revelation from Cadiz, at the crossroads of Spanish and Venezuelan cultures, fusing her heritage with the avant-garde. The singer-songwriter, who blends alternative pop, electronic and traditional influences, has established herself as a rising star on the international scene, embodying a new generation of artists who are breaking codes and breaking down barriers between music genres and territories.

@lucyrailton is a British cellist, composer, cross-disciplinary collaborator and curator.

Railton’s practice reflects an endlessly innovative and restless approach to the cello and artistic self-expression.
She has been commissioned by Groupe de Recherches Musicales, Issue Project Room, Complicité Theatre and the choreographer Margrét Sara Guðjónsdóttir. She has been an artist in residence at INA-GRM, EMS Stockholm, Somerset House Studios, London, Blank Forms New York and Dark Ecologies Kirkenes (Sonic Acts).
In April 2025 Railton has released Blue Veil for Stephen O’Malley’s Ideologic Organ imprint, following a string of celebrated releases on labels including Modern Love, Editions Mego - GRM Portraits, PAN (with Peter Zinovieff) and ECM.

@lelieuunique Nantes’ center for contemporary culture, hosts each year a bold and adventurous music festival centered around the piano and keyboards: Variations.

Since 2016, the festival has explored the keyboard in all its forms — especially the most experimental ones. Over nine editions, some of the most innovative figures in the international avant-garde have gathered in Nantes (Laurie Anderson, Meredith Monk, Gisèle Vienne, Kali Malone, Ryūichi Sakamoto, Sunn O))), Oneohtrix Point Never…), establishing Variations as one of Europe’s leading events for the contemporary music scene.
