I’m not even kidding, this is the feel good film of the holiday season and I’m not getting paid to say that! Go see it! Also there are a bunch of screenings in la and nyc if you are interested message me and I’ll send you info. One of the incredible moments I experienced on the road to Santiago. This lovely Italian man was singing and running all morning. When I arrived at this cross there were tourists everywhere and it didn’t feel right. Instead of leaving I decided to wait around and see what might happen. He arrived and proceeded to fall to the ground in tears. I hoped the other tourists would move, I feel like I even willed them away. And for one brief moment he was there alone. I took this photo. However after I wasn’t sure if he would want it. I walked over to him and showed him and told him I would erase it if it was too personal. Only speaking Italian he said no, he loved itand asked me to send it to him. He hugged me and eventually we went our separate ways never to see each other again. Until the very last day. When we both finished our 500 mile walk. We once again ran into each other and without saying anything shared another moment and a hug as you can see in this photo captured by the talented@david_pino_ . Whom I also met on the road to Santiago.
