Amy Roach is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker and recent summa cum laude graduate from the University of Southern California, where she earned a degree in Film and Television Production with a minor in Mathematics. Amy’s producerial work has been featured at Slamdance, HollyShorts, EnergaCamerimage, NFFTY, Cleveland International, The New York Latino Film Festival, Micheaux, and LA Shorts among others. She currently works as an executive producer’s assistant on the upcoming Netflix series Something Very Bad is Going to Happen and the second season of The Vince Staples Show. Amy was drawn to Slippery When Wet not only because of the brilliant and hilarious team of creatives behind it, but also by a shared belief that the awkward, uncomfortable moments of our lives are worth depicting, and most definitely worth laughing about.
