KILMAINHAM MILL DUBLIN
Project created within BUREAU+ Studio, mentored by the cultural team of Kilmainham Mill.
For the reopening of this former textile production site in Dublin, closed since 2000, the Department of Heritage Conservation launched a call for projects inviting designers to propose artistic responses that could reactivate the site and inscribe it in a contemporary dynamic.
Together with Sophie Ana Burns, Myla Sirvyte, Aoife O’Connor and Christine Wang, we sought to revive the mill’s DNA through the creation of jewelry, brooches and veils made from abandoned on-site materials wood, string, wool.
The posters I designed integrate photographs with colored rectangles disrupting a muted palette: like vibrant signals, they embody an emerging present. Vertical bands structure the compositions, evoking both the weaving looms a direct echo to the site’s textile history and the aesthetic of 1970s–80s analog photography, recalling the years when the mill was still active.

PASSION
Project created in response to a brief by Pauline Hisbacq, exploring the theme of passion through photography.
I chose to reflect on my own passions, second-hand clothes, tableware and bed linen I collect wherever I go. This accumulation carries both memory and lived experience, yet sometimes feels suffocating, as if inherited from a capitalist logic I try to break free from.
Inspired by the way objects pile up in flea markets, each series reveals an off-frame of my interior, offering a glimpse of intimacy. The recurring presence of wrinkled sheets becomes a metaphor for the life of objects, embodying memory rather than simply representing them.
