Happy Birthday Allan and Delia! With the help of an incredible team, this hard-working father-daughter duo ensures we can enjoy our Caribbean baked goods daily. Allan turned 90 today and Delia turned 62 yesterday. At 90 years old, today, Allan started his day like any other day, at 4:30 am on the production floor and was still going strong until 6:00 pm today.

Please join us in wishing Allan a Happy 89th Birthday!!! 🎉🍾 At 89yo, a day is not complete without rolling hardo bread and baking some tings, eating a hops bread and currant roll, and finishing the evening with a scoop of ice cream. Sometimes we forget his age considering he still bakes like he did when he was in his 20s (we think he forgets too 😂). #tbt
