Ich bin picky geworden mit Süßkram, backe abergerne. Also muss dabei etwas Gesundes herauskommen. Am Sonntag war es ein Protein-Birnen-Kuchen mit Kichererbsen statt Mehl und getrockneten Aprikosen statt Zucker. Obendrauf eine saftige Birne. Lecker.
