This #MentalHealthActionDay, we’re excited to share with you the A.S.K. digital experience made in collaboration with @mtv.

In this YouTube digital experience, you’ll guide a simulated conversation between two friends. You will see the direct impact of your words, and better understand emotional support.

You can’t always change what someone is going through, but you can Acknowledge their feelings, Support by listening, and Keep-in-Touch regularly to let them know how much you care.
