From wool to thread. After cleaning and carding, just before it becomes yarn for the loom, then rug.

The weaving process is steeped in symbolism. In the final stage of preparing the loom, artisans roll cane down the warp. When it moves smoothly, it signals the loom is set, ready for a steady, uninterrupted weave.

The symphony of making a rug, each step shaped by the artisan’s hand.
