In fact, I was so against the idea when my partner brought it up because I simply didn’t want the trouble of taking care of new born babies. In my mind, I was telling myself that I am simply not ready to bear the responsibilities that comes along with them. I was so afraid to fail as a temporary guardian. However, some things changed after meeting them. Seeing how they have transformed their attitude from being so skittish to now they are comfortable roaming around the house wherever they like. it’s amazing how they make me feel when you know they put their whole trust in you. Being a foster parent has taught me so much about what it means to give without expecting return. For those of you who might want to give fostering a try or even adopting. Fostering is a great way to see if the animal would be a good addition in your household. I would highly recommend it.

As far as how hard it is to let them go, I tell myself that I have done my job of getting them through some of the most challenging period of their lives. I showed them what its like to be loved and cared for and also socialize with them to develop their behavior and mental health properly so they will have a happy life.
