I first walked through the doors of @thefacemagazine back in July 2019.
I’d seen that The Face was relaunching just as I was moving back to the UK, and it was the one place I really wanted to work.
As luck would have it, I met @rosannagouldman in a pub on my road in south London (miraculous). We got chatting, and not long after she brought me in to assist her with producing the first relaunch issue of the magazine. And the rest is history.
Little did I know at the time that I’d make friends for life and memories to last a lifetime.
Since then, it’s been 6 (and a half) years, 3 office moves, 25 (and a half) issues, and god knows how many shoots.
There’s been crying, laughing, crying-laughing. A cameo as Bigfoot, a day spent in a baby costume, and my first (and last) acting role as Daisy the Farmer’s Daughter.
I’ve travelled around the world, worked on some incredible projects with incredible people, seen the inside of fair few studios, and spent time in a fair few public houses.
A huge thank you and so much love to my Face family, past and present ❤️ as well as the rest of the Wasted Talent crew @mixmag @kerrangmagazine_ - what a time it’s been!

Bob Bampton. My Dad. My favourite person.
On Sunday last week my wonderful, kind, handsome, smart, loving, Dad passed away peacefully with me by his side. His battle with cancer has been incredibly difficult but he never lost his determination and fighting spirit.
I’m so so proud of him and everything he has done in life and how he carried himself as a person. Everyone who had the pleasure of meeting Bob absolutely adored him, and that says so much about a person.
I would love it if you could join me in celebrating his wonderful life.
The funeral service will be held at -
The Oaks Havant Crematorium, PO9 5NA
Friday 18th November - 15:15pm
Followed by a wake at The Ship, Langstone - a place where Dad loved to walk, take photos, and bring his treasured friends.
In honour of his spirit, he wished for us all to reflect that in what we wear, and so please be encouraged to not wear all black.
I have setup a tribute page in honour of my incredible Dad, with donations being made to the Rowans Hospice, please find the link in my bio.
I love you endlessly Dad - to the moon and back again.
