Formed when Davey Moore (vocals/sampler) met Oliver Duffy (Guitars/vocals) at a rhythmic awareness class at the University of Salford, the line up was later completed by Ben White (Ex-Working Men’s Club) on bass duties - Manchester punk trio YAANG have ever since been steadily building their reputation for furious, high-energy, live shows, powered by the rocket-fuel combo of pulsating drum loops, clangorous guitars and a wicked sense of humour.”

Closing night party, we’re ending the festival in style, and you’re invited.

We’re excited to announce @__yaang_ for the final night of Gather@ Festival, taking over @stmaryschambers_ Rawtenstall on Sunday June 28th, Kicking off early with some of the most exciting emerging bands around

Already tipped by NME 100 as “one of the most exciting bands to come from the North West”, YAANG have been building serious momentum with support from BBC Radio 6 Music, Radio X, The Line of Best Fit, DIY, Louder Than War and more.

The Manchester trio have earned a reputation for furious, high-energy live shows powered by pulsating drum loops, sharp guitars, big hooks and a wicked sense of humour.

St Mary’s Chambers is one of Rossendale’s most unique spaces, and this feels like the perfect setting for a huge final night of the festival.

Expect high energy, brilliant bands, and that last-night atmosphere when nobody wants the weekend to end.
