Back in 2008, we had the great honour of welcoming Sir David Attenborough to campus as he accepted an Honorary Degree. Today, we celebrate Sir David again as he reaches a milestone birthday. Our then Chancellor, Baroness Floella Benjamin, said it best when she said, "I don't think there's anyone else in public life that's held so affectionately in their hearts right across generations. And we will always hold you affectionately here at Exeter and embrace you as part of our family." Happy 100th Birthday, Sir David Attenborough!
