@haypaiger and I started developing this project in 2020 after a conversation with a friend in the desert, and four-ish years later it’s here.
We traveled to Maine, Colorado, Virginia, Montauk, San Diego + more to film this four episode series and spoke to hundreds of people to learn everything we could about this topic.
Thank you to each subject we interviewed and those who so bravely told their stories on camera and to the world. I am so so so inspired by all of them –– Mahani, Charlotte, Laura, Peter, Jules, Nicole, Elizabeth, Leah, MK, Philip, Stacie, Sundeep, Amanda, Siri, Nansy, Rabbit and Becky.
