48 hours. Two YH programmes. One incredible client - @mirohq 🎉

This collaboration felt special. Miro has been part of the Hyper Island toolkit for years, helping our students turn physical ideas into digital collaboration. Bringing that into a live sprint together just made sense.

The brief: explore how AI can support better human conversations, especially in moments of disagreement. The result? Thoughtful, room full of creative solutions focused on helping people understand each other better and move forward, together.

We’re moving! 🏠

This August, we’ll open the doors to a new space in DN-skrapan, Stockholm, marking a new chapter as we approach 30 years of transformative learning at Hyper Island.

More than a change of address, the move is about creating better conditions for how we learn and work together - bringing our YH programmes and our work in executive learning and business transformation even closer in one shared space.

The new campus is being developed together with @wearemod.se and Areim. Throughout the process, we’re exploring what kind of environment is needed for what comes, balancing vision with practical realities.

We’re looking forward to opening the doors soon and to the people who will bring the space to life 🚀

Back in the early 2010s, we started asking ourselves what a Master’s at Hyper Island could look like.

The ambition was clear: to build something with international accreditation and a stronger academic foundation, without losing the parts of the Hyper Island methodology that make it what it is: collaboration, reflection, space for experimentation, and learning by doing.

Over 60 applicants to our YH programmes came together for an interactive admissions workshop, and experienced Hyper Island the way it’s meant to be: hands-on, collaborative, and a little outside the comfort zone.

Hyper Island has been granted 2,312,963 SEK to implement a project in support of Ukraine 🇺🇦🇸🇪

We are proud to announce that tomorrow, on March 17th, we begin REGAIN 2.0, a 12-week hybrid training programme designed to strengthen democratic institutions and public administration in Ukraine.

Co-developed by Hyper Island and East Europe Foundation (EEF) / CDTO Campus, the programme will train 60 Ukrainian public sector employees in leadership, resilience, communication, systems thinking, and practical tools for leading change during reform and crisis.

The project runs from 1 December 2025 to 30 April 2027 and is funded by the Swedish Institute.
