This collection is important as Louise trotter is the sole woman to score a creative direction position in the recent designer musical chair🤯✨.

It’s the AMA’s so I wanted a pop culture moment something not formal and not so traditional , I styled a modern day montkusi. In the mandarin culture the Montkusi was a garment that symbolized formality and respect .

Iwanted Busta to look and feel nonchalant but bold all at once. He’s been at this for 2 decades , he’s the icon in these rooms. The fit , texture, applied layers of the look was the technique , the brooch was the conversation 💐✍🏾

While reviewing @dolcegabbana most recent and past collections for reference and inspiration inside their showroom in Paris, One look came into mind , look number 8 from their fall 2025 collection .
The look was a hand embroidered Paillette ,formal ,shawl lapel jacket , paired with jeans - simple but chic. I dived deeper into the look and its construction . It was the way the disc shaped like sequins were so well articulately sewn and compacted onto the mesh base that particularly captivated me.
It shined so cinematic ( I swear !) - almost like a sunray and sunbeam underwater reflection , It was mesmerizing.
I unconsciously began to design and think of ways to make it functionally fit to @iamsteveharveytv physique , it not only needed to adapt to his performative movement. It needed to also be edited to feel and translate more mature and beefy - it’s safe to say we completely modified the runway version.
The team loved my sartorial edit so much they advised we make 2 versions for season 12 of @familyfeudabc .

Obsession will always beat , Talent.

The Grammy Dress✨✨

We worked tirelessly on the concept of this dress for a month and 2 weeks.
I sketched an idea and sent a custom proposal to the iconic Nicola Bacchilega for the exclusivity to make this idea come to life for the Grammy awards. There were no other option , I bet on Nicola and the dress - it had to be it. This dress was made with love ,intention and high skilled execution , every detail was handcrafted.🪄
