The annual tournament is hosted by the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, and Booth Soccer has attended for more than a decade. This year, one of Booth’s four teams made the semifinals!

“When I got to Booth and found out we had a team, I was thrilled that I would have an opportunity to continue playing competitively and building friendships through the sport,” says Meaghan O’Reilly, a Full-Time MBA student and co-chair of Booth Soccer. “I particularly love traveling to compete in tournaments—something I haven't experienced since my club team in high school. The camaraderie built from those experiences is genuinely difficult to recreate as an adult.”

Corey has earned multiple wins for the team and was named Pitcher of the Week on February 16 by UChicago’s conference, the University Athletic Association. “All the work I’m doing now is going to pay off in a sport that I love and in my career,” he says.
