The RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026 is here🌿

We’re proud to support the YoungMinds Garden with the Bupa Foundation 💙 With this garden, we’re helping shine a light on the mental health emergency facing young people today.

With so many pressures, connection matters more than ever. Our designer, Charlie Chase, has drawn from his own experience as a young gardener navigating mental health challenges, transforming that experience into a space for reflection, hope and healing.

Alongside incredible young gardeners recruited through YoungMinds, this garden is a reminder that time in nature can be crucial for our mental health. 🌱

After The Chelsea Flower Show, our garden will move to Newham in East London, where it will become a living, breathing space for young people and the local community.

At the @bupafoundation, we know the positive effect nature has on our health. That’s why we’re so proud to support the @youngmindsuk Garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026.

The garden is created by young people, for young people. It’s about coming together and making connections. Because in community there’s the power to change things for the better.

This project gives young people the chance to learn new skills, be paid for their time, and experience how nature can support their wellbeing.

After the show, the garden will move to Newham in East London, where it will become a bright, welcoming green space for the whole community to enjoy.

We can’t wait for the garden to come to life in May, watch the young people involved grow through the experience, and see the legacy it creates for years to come.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year, the theme is ‘Action’.

One of @mentalhealthfoundation's top tips for good mental health is getting closer to nature — and we couldn’t agree more 🌿

All year round, we champion the powerful impact of trees and nature on wellbeing, helping communities feel calmer, more connected, and more hopeful. An action as simple as getting outdoors and planting trees together can make a real difference.

Here are just a few ways urban trees can support our mental health and wellbeing, brought to life through the beautiful words of volunteers at planting days kindly supported by @bupafoundation 💚🌳

Wishing the @edenprojectcornwall a very happy 25th birthday!

The Bupa Foundation is a proud partner of their ‘Nature Connections’ programme in Cornwall - which offers free therapeutic horticulture, weekly walking groups, early-years forest school sessions and practical nature workshops.

These sessions support vulnerable people to find confidence, purpose and community.

One participant told us: “What has really changed for me is feeling more purposeful. I’ve been in a cycle of despair, drinking too much, and blundering around from day-to-day. Now, I have more structure and purpose. I’ve almost completely given up drinking, which is a big deal for me.” 💚

We are excited to announce our partnership with The London Clean Air Initiative 👏

Through this partnership, @bupafoundation and @bupa.uk employees will volunteer to support @the_lcai work across London, which include greening and rewilding projects, as well as youth-led education programmes to encourage London’s communities to take collective action for clean air and sustainability to help create a healthy city for all.

The partnership builds on the Camden Breathing Better project supported by @bupa.uk, @thisisreckitt and @gsk - an innovative 2-year pilot promoting 12 commitments to improve air quality and respiratory health across the borough where air pollution is responsible for 7% of all deaths.
