limited-time duo, Shine Buzzcut
After the party, we walked through the night and quietly spoke about our futures and the hopes we carry.
By the time we were so tired that even words had fallen away, the Fleetwood Mac track my brotherplayed found its way into some deep place inside me.
It was sentimental, but never excessive, like a song that gently held the air of that night within it.
Maybe music exists for moments like that.
Hope we cross paths again somewhere, brother.

Thank you to everyone at Fuse × +six12 for such a beautiful night.
And special thanks to Taiga for inviting me.
This night gave me a chance to express the emotions and experiences I’ve carried through the two years I spent in Australia, and to share that with everyone on the floor.
It became one of those moments I know will stay with me for a long time.
The journey moved from house into techno, and finally into ambient.
What made the night feel so special was the way each set flowed seamlessly into the next, creating a beautiful gradient across the entire party.
As the sound evolved, so did the room.
The atmosphere shifted, bodies responded, and little by little everything became connected.
Somewhere in that movement, I felt a real sense of unity with the floor.
Meeting Taiga, the founder of Fuse, was also a special part of this story. We first met at an outdoor festival in Cairns, and instead of going straight to the dancefloor, we stayed up in a car talking about music until sunrise.I still remember that night clearly.
The next day I left Cairns for Melbourne, but around three months later we met again there, and ended up sharing many parties together.Through those experiences, I came to feel that dance is a form of communication beyond words. There are things that can only be shared through sound, movement, and presence.
I want to keep going.
Keep the sound moving.
Keep the party alive.
Toward places I haven’t seen yet.
The fifth photo is a note I wrote on the day we met:
“Found my mate. Sooo Huge.”
Turns out that feeling was right :)

Four hours of ambient journey , thank you to everyone who shared the space and the silence with me. It felt like a fleeting moment, yet deeply healing.
I’m truly grateful to celebrate the 1st anniversary of @subtlebodies.space with my ambient set. It was an honor to weave sound into such a beautiful and intentional space.
May this space continue to be a beautiful sanctuary for connection and stillness.
With respect and gratitude.
Raku
