Picked up this print from @ruthbloveland today at @artuntitled ‘s Steamroller Fest. A beautifully done print with Earth-first intentionality. Patterns in pink are done using a potato print, while the linework is upcycled drawing/pattern work. The rest of Loveland’s work is just as resourceful and smart as this one!

A new study from Penn State suggests a forest in Brunei, on the island of Borneo near Singapore, may date back as far as the Pliocene Epoch (roughly 5.3 - 2.6 million years ago when Mammoths roamed the Earth). They are suggesting increased conservation efforts to better protect endangered species native to the forest.
