The website just got a refresh with updated information, expanded FAQs, and a brand-new chatbot named APEX.

APEX was built to help with services, pricing, scheduling info, and general questions, and he’ll keep getting smarter as we continue adding helpful info and learning from the questions people ask most.

And yes… he comes with a legendary racing history.

After an undefeated 37-year career, 12 fictional world championships, and several incidents currently under investigation by absolutely nobody…

he’s officially retired from the track and joined customer service.

Considering Mark receives somewhere between 4 and 400 calls a day, this might actually save everyone some time 😂

This weekend at CVMA Round 5, I had the chance to sit down and talk about something I’m extremely passionate about, rider development, fundamentals, and the future of our sport.

After 24+ years running a track day and performance training program, one thing is clear:

Most riders don’t lack courage.
They lack structure.

Fundamentals matter.
Coaching matters.
Getting up to pace quickly matters.
And learning the right way can save you years of frustration — and a few crashes.

We talked about:
• Why so many riders skip the basics
• The biggest mistakes amateur racers make
• Why coaching accelerates progress
• How grassroots racing feeds the professional level
• And why the track is the safest place to truly push yourself

If you’ve ever wondered whether coaching makes a difference, it does. I’ve lived it. Even at my level, one small adjustment dropped seconds off my pace.

That’s the power of having the right eyes on you.
