We worked with photographer @yagmur.ersayin and our friend and creative director @ryanbarone to document @lara.sonmez’s Lune et Soleil collection.

The pieces are simple at first glance. Rings reduced to their most essential form. But they invite a longer look, more than just at the object itself, at what happens around it. Light becomes the subject. As Yağmur notes, “Lara’s pieces are not cluttered with ornament. They are forms that trust the circle completely, as both primitive and eternal.” She continues, “It’s easy to drop into a silent obsession… not necessarily with the forms themselves, but with what they do to light.”

Each image studies how the materials receive, bend, and release light. At times it burns. At others it disappears into shadow. Surfaces shift from sun-heated to distant and cold, like something suspended in space. “The inquiry became not about objects, but of physics,” Yağmur explains. “How a ring’s aperture mimics the eye of a solar eclipse… how gold catches and bends light the way a planet’s atmosphere refracts the sun.”

The kit we designed for family and friends late last year was comprised of a 2026 calendar and a thoughtfully designed candle.

The calendar serves as a container for an editorial narrative inspired by the storied sci-fi film, “Voyage dans la Lune.” The famed literary critic Edward Wagenknecht described the film as a work  “satirizing the pretensions of professors and scientific societies while simultaneously appealing to man’s sense of wonder in the face of an unexplored universe.”

We explored that idea with our friend,  Paris-based photographer @pouponpoupon. Each image uses household items to tell this story of humanity’s undying aspiration to transcend our boundaries, even during uncertain times.

In addition to the calendar, we created our first scent and candle in collaboration with Joya Studio in Brooklyn. We worked closely with Joya founder Frederick Bouchardy and his team, designing a subtle, airy scent that softly permeates rather than overwhelms, unfolding with a blend of lemon, eucalyptus, pink pepper, neroli and orange blossom, while amber, cedarwood and pale musk add warmth and depth.

At the link in our bio, @pouponpoupon turns her lens toward the kit itself, photographing both the candle and calendar and closing the loop on our meta-narrative.

It’s been incredibly rewarding seeing the reception for this project, and we’re excited to create more objects with and for our friends in the near future.

To celebrate @callofduty NEXT 2025 and the release of Black Ops 7, WØRKS partnered with @activision to create and produce a kit of versatile and wearable objects for attendees.

Activating on Black Ops 7’s theme of a near future rife with institutional mistrust, we designed a custom anorak jacket, rugged hard-shell backpack, cap and sunglasses. Each item bore the mascot of the game, the red butterfly drawn from the game’s teaser trailer.

Each object functions daily as a wearable piece, allowing attendees of NEXT to immerse themselves further into the world of the storied franchises latest release.

Check out the full case study at the link in our bio.

Directory (@directory.work) engaged us to define and design a platform that connects talent, skills, and opportunity across the global film and creative industries.

Born from numerous conversations with filmmakers at @directorslibrary roundtables, the platform was built to advocate for human collaboration — revealing local networks, connecting global ones, and serving as a counter-narrative to big tech and generative AI’s dismantling of traditional creative roles.

From early feature definition to information architecture, interface design, and technical planning, our collective focus was on creating a platform that could handle dynamic data while remaining intuitive and low-friction for both contributors and users.

Users submit only essential information: name, location, a single external link, and a set of roles and formats that define their work. Directory reverses the conventional discovery flow: instead of leading with the work, it leads with the filmworkers. Experience, credits, and status are intentionally hidden in overview — everyone is shown on equal terms. This approach values and promotes craft specialism, ensuring that the depth and specificity of a person’s expertise is what surfaces them, not algorithm or vanity metrics.

The platform balances robust infrastructure with long-term maintainability, ensuring that Directory can scale as its network expands. In its final form, Directory operates as a clear, open system for discovering local and worldwide talent, replacing fragmented networks with a single, accessible source. Success is measured offline.

Last year we created the identity for health-tech startup @taketheorem ahead of their 2026 launch.

Theorem is a first-of-its-kind liquid wellness shot designed to replace a daily stack of supplements with a single, tailored formula targeting what matters most to you.

The identity reflects that same principle of clarity. In a category defined by crowded routines, mismatched packaging, and unnecessary waste, we built a system that brings order, simplicity, and consistency to the daily supplement ritual.

For the 2026 calendar we created, we worked with @pouponpoupon on an editorial photo series inspired by “Voyage dans la lune”, widely considered the first ever sci-fi film.

We transmuted the energy of that film into images of household objects, in Cécilia’s signature style that imbues simple things with the utmost reverence. These are a select few from the series, and we’ll share more about the project throughout the year.

We partnered with Los Angeles-based @flagship.agency to evolve @setactive’s brand identity at a moment when the business was outgrowing its visual foundation. As the brand expanded its product range, opened physical retail spaces, and deepened its cultural presence, the existing logo and identity began to show limitations in distinction and consistency across touchpoints. The visual system no longer reflected the scale, coherence, or ambition of where the brand was headed.

Led by Flagship’s strategic and creative direction, we developed a more unified and enduring visual identity for SET. Working within their established brand framework, we redesigned the logo and usage system, bringing clarity and consistency across product, retail environments, communications and collaborations. A refined, more visible custom wordmark became the foundation of a scalable design system built for long term growth. Check out the full case study at the link in our bio.

Working within their established brand framework, we redesigned the logo and usage system, bringing clarity and consistency across product, retail environments, communications and collaborations. A refined, more visible custom wordmark became the foundation of a scalable design system built for long term growth. Check out the full case study at the link in our bio.

We partnered with photographer and film director Mike Schwartz to design and develop a portfolio that clearly defines his film and photography work within a unified experience.

Conceived as an understated digital gallery, the site balances simplicity with immersion. A bespoke lightbox system allows visitors to navigate across images and films, transitioning fluidly between individual works and entire collections with a continuous scroll. This framework helps give structure to an expansive body of work while preserving the quiet focus and spatial clarity of Mike’s visual language. Check out the full case study at the link in our bio.

We worked with @copyincorporated to create their visual identity system. It was built for a unique challenge: how do you create a cohesive system for a practice where the work is always changing form?

Copy lives everywhere. On screens, in layouts, in motion, in print, and across a range of different brand languages. Copy Inc. needed a unifying language that showcased their work, process, and point of view, regardless of what form they took.

Rooted in correspondence, authorship, and the human hand, our visual identity treats language as the primary material in an analog system.

This past holiday season we created our first scent and candle in collaboration with @joyastudio. The scent is designed to fill our workspaces and take us into the new year with a refreshing, focusing, and calming energy.

We believe strongly in creating beautiful things that exist outside of our day-to-day briefs and goals — especially when we can do it for ourselves, friends and partners.

Alongside the candle, we created a printed calendar with photos created with @pouponpoupon. The calendar and candle served as hero elements in a package we sent our friends and collaborators to kick off the year.

These photos captured by our friend @sfuncik tease each piece, and we’ll be sharing more about the experience, images and objects soon in the coming months.
