Plaisir intense que d’accueillir Menelik pour la tambouille de l’année. Cet ingénieur de formation a commencé à se faire un nom dans le game durant le COVID avec ses soirées Fried Chicken et cocktails, les fameuses @crispyparis . Il s’est ensuite mis sérieusement à table pour des catterings et des pops ups un peu partout sur la planète, aux USA et en Afrique notamment avec le tonton Dadié aka @freddyskitchen . Il a récemment pu gérer son propre restaurant @lespotparis rue de Rochechouart dans le 9eme fort !!
