"What started as a DIY bike shed in Boulder has grown into a full manufacturing operation producing more than 6,500 prefab, panelized living spaces shipped all across the country. StudioHome has spent nearly 20 years refining the design, manufacturing, and installation of modern, flexible living spaces. Colorado ingenuity has always been at the center of the company’s ethos, says cofounder Jeremy Nova. “The mix of innovation, craftsmanship, and love for the outdoors here just fits who we are as a company.”⁣

One of StudioHome’s most popular models, the Summit 308 studio, is a 14-by-22-foot accessory dwelling unit featuring a full kitchen and bath. “It’s the essence of smaller but smarter living—small in footprint but big in function,” says Nova. Built to traditional home standards, the Summit 308 can be customized with different entryways, additional glass, or more privacy. Each unit is constructed in StudioHome’s factory, delivered flat-packed, and efficiently installed onsite.
