Sebuah studi kasus tentang ironi orang dewasa: harus booking jadwal & ngikutin rundown cuma buat bisa main plus jalan di luar rumah. Hahaha.

Minggu kemarin saya join sama rombongan "Pencari Kewarasan" di event WANDERPLAY si Sofffun, konsepnya absurd tapi brilian.
Kita disuruh ngumpul pagi-pagi di pom bensin Dago, diangkut pakai shuttle, dilepas di The Lodge Maribaya buat jalan 3 kilo dan main bareng puluhan stranger.

Kalau dipikir pakai logika efisiensi, ngapain repot-repot daftar acara beginian kalau jalan 3 kilo bisa dilakuin dengan keliling komplek rumah atau ke gasibu sambil cuci mata melatih jaga mata.
Ternyata, kita ini bukan lagi nyari keringatnya, tapi kita lagi nyari "Ruang Aman" buat otak kita istirahat.

Fase dewasa itu kadang terlalu kaku dan banyak tuntutan. Kita lupa caranya main. Kita lupa rasanya napas tanpa mikirin besok harus ngerjain apa.
Di event kayak gini, title pekerjaan, status sosial, dan beban overthinking ditinggal semua di bagasi shuttle.

Sepanjang jalur trekking, yang tersisa cuma sekelompok manusia yang lagi berusaha ngebangunin inner child nya lewat ketawa-ketiwi & haha-hihi di alam.
Investasi waktu di weekend untuk sebuah terapi pelepasan penat yang terstruktur ini, resmi saya kasih rating 10/10.

Namun bagi saya, esensinya ada pada cognitive unloadingnya, yaitu mengosongkan beban pikiran dengan membiarkan orang lain memegang kendali atas waktu kita.
Karena terkadang, cara terbaik untuk mengaktifkan kembali kreativitas dan kewarasan itu adalah dengan menjadi pengikut yang patuh selama beberapa jam di alam bebas.
Setelah itu? Welcome back to the jungle yang sesungguhnya. Hahaha.

POV: that one TGIF didn’t go as planned but honestly? Better🍃

We signed up for a hike but somehow left with way more than that. Sun on our skin, dirt on our shoes, and somehow survived the 3km route :)

And then came the FUN ZONE 🎪🎢
Running from one activity to another like we had unlimited energy (no, we didn’t).
Hiking? ✅
Games? ✅
Losing all our energy at every ride/activity? also ✅

Night Shift: Intro recap🌙

That night was our first time walking around with absolutely no route, we literally decided where to go by flipping a coin!

Along the way we took pics, ran into some people busking on the street, and even danced with them for a bit, lol! After all that walking, we got drinks and sweet watermelon to freshen up, thanks to @jabarano_coffee🤩

We ended the night just chilling, chatting, joking, and mingling together.
Such a fun night!!!🌟
